Step 1: Inquiry & Discovery Call
The first step? Getting to know you and your brand.
Once you fill out our Custom Gifting Inquiry Form, we’ll schedule a quick 20-minute discovery call to chat about:
✔ Who your gifts are for (clients, employees, VIPs, etc.)
✔ The vibe you want—chic, modern, cozy, luxe, playful?
✔ Your budget & any branding elements you’d like to include
✔ How you’d like to ship—on-demand or bulk send
💡Already know exactly what you want? We love that! Just give us the details, and we’ll jump straight into designing your gifts.
This is where the magic happens. We research, source, and curate beautifully unique products (always from small businesses!) to fit your brand and budget.
Within 3 business days, you’ll receive:
✨ A visual mockup of your gift design
✨ A breakdown of all included products
✨ Branded packaging options (ribbons, logo closures, custom inserts, etc.)
We want these gifts to feel like a continuation of your brand—so if anything doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll tweak it until it does.
Step 2: Custom Mockups & Product Sourcing
Step 3: Deposit & Production
Once your gift design is approved, we’ll send over:
✔ A 50% deposit invoice (this secures your order and lets us start production)
✔ A quick project agreement (nothing scary—just making it official!)
After that? We get to work! We order all products, prep the packaging, and assemble your gifts by hand.
💡 If you’re including branded stationery, marketing materials, or custom packaging, we’ll coordinate with you to get those sent over.
Step 4: Assembly & Storage
Once your gifts are assembled, they’ll be:
✔ Stored safely at our studio until you're ready to ship
✔ Ready to go for on-demand orders or a scheduled bulk send
At this stage, everything is set! No more sourcing, tweaking, or last-minute scrambling—just stress-free gifting, ready when you need it.
Step 5: Ordering & Shipping
✨ On-Demand Shipping – Need gifts sent throughout the year? You’ll get a custom landing page where you can order gifts as needed. We ship within 1-3 business days of each order.
✨ Bulk Shipping – Sending everything at once? We’ll handle all logistics, whether it’s 10 gifts or 500.
